<p>The present invention relates to a portable plasma lighter. The present invention comprises a casing having an opening part formed on an upper surface; an insulating tube placed in the opening part; a plasma ignition member including an insulating plate, a pair of support plates symmetrically separated from each other on an upper surface of the insulating plate, a pair of insulating panels installed in upper parts of support plates, a pair of electrode rods protruding by penetrating the insulating panels, and a pair of connection pipes protruding in a lower direction of the insulating plate and electrically connected to the electrode rods, and having the insulating plate inserted into the insulating tube; a plasma generator embedded in the casing and connected to the connection pipes; an ignition switch provided to the casing; and a controller operating the plasma generator by receiving an operation signal of the ignition switch or releasing the operation. Therefore, the complete ignition of cigarette is enabled even in a bad condition such as rainstorm or rain. As the cigarette and the plasma ignition member do not come contact with each other, pollution by cigarette ash does not occur and the lighter is not overheated unlike a gasoline or gas lighter. As the plasma is generated only when a user is pushing the ignition switch, a fire by overheating or other causes is prevented.</p> |
