The present invention relates to a ventilation apparatus of a vehicle comprising: at least one exhaust pipe installed in the bottom surface inside a vehicle, including an inner flow path wherein air flows inside, whose one end is communicated with an air inlet formed in the vehicle to allow outdoor air to flow in the inner flow path, installed to be communicated with an air outlet formed in the vehicle to discharge the outdoor air passing through the inner flow path outside, and including multiple exhaust holes communicated with the inner flow path in the outer circumferential surface; and a floor mat installed in the bottom surface inside the vehicle to cover the exhaust pipe, whose one end is communicated with the exhaust hole inside, and including multiple exhaust chambers whose the other end is opened with respect to the inside of the vehicle to discharge indoor air of the vehicle outside due to negative pressure generated around the exhaust hole when outdoor air flows through the inner flow path. The present invention has effects of reducing discomfort caused by an odor by preventing the odor caused by contaminants from stimulating the olfactory sense of a passenger even if the contaminants are in the bottom surface of a vehicle by discharging indoor air outside through an exhaust chamber prepared in the bottom of the vehicle; and providing the pleasant indoor environment for passengers of a vehicle by quickly discharging exhaust gases going down in the bottom of the vehicle outside when the exhaust gases flow inside the vehicle.
