PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a mixed material paste for a lithium ion secondary battery positive electrode, suppressed in precipitation of a positive electrode active material, and excellent in coatability and temporal stability; a positive electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery, obtained using the mixed material paste and excellent in charge/discharge characteristics; and a lithium ion secondary battery.SOLUTION: The mixed material paste for a lithium ion secondary battery positive electrode comprises: a positive electrode active material; a binder; a carbon material serving as a conductive assistant; a solvent; a dispersant; and a salt represented by general formula (1) and/or general formula (2) and/or general formula (3). General formula (1): AX(In the formula, A represents an a-valent element selected from among Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba, X represents halogen, and (a) represents a valence of A.)
