<p>The gasket has a lid mounted on a container, where the gasket is interposed between the container and the lid for sealing a pressurized food cooking apparatus in operation. Centering units comprise local over-thickness zones (5A), where centering units ensure relative centering of the gasket with respect to the container and the lid. The centering units are arranged in the gasket, so that the centering units are intercalated between the lid and the container during placing of the lid on the container to form a centering stop. A peripheral crown (4) is set in an annular groove of the lid.</p> |
