<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the braking device of a saddle-ride type vehicle in which pipe length connecting between a master cylinder and a reserve tank is shortened, and the maintainability of the reserve tank is improved. <P>SOLUTION: In a rear wheel braking device 50 of a motorcycle, the reserve tank 58 is disposed below a rear fender 82, and is disposed below right and left rear frames 23R, 23L and inside the right and left rear frames 23R, 23L. A surface 91 of the reserve tank on the vehicle front side, a surface 93 on the vehicle rear side and a surface 94 on the exterior side in the vehicle width direction are surrounded with a rib wall 100 downward extended from the rear fender 82.
