<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature calculation technique for obtaining an estimated temperature of a vehicle motor without exceeding a size of a program as a built-in type software in a vehicle control micro computer. <P>SOLUTION: The program for calculating a temperature of a motor for driving a vehicle to which forced-air cooling system by an air blower is applied, and for executing steps of; acquiring a motor current (I<SB POS="POST">m</SB>) and an operation state (St) of the air blower at sampling intervals (Δt) in a computer; and calculating a current motor temperature (T<SB POS="POST">n</SB>) according to the following formula, by using the value acquired in that step, a motor temperature calculated the last time (T<SB POS="POST">n-1</SB>), a saturation temperature of the motor (θ<SB POS="POST">max</SB>) when supplying the motor current (I<SB POS="POST">m</SB>) and a constant in cooling the motor (τ) corresponding to the operation state (St) of the air blower.
