The present invention relates to a light source package and a display device including the same. Provided is the light source package which includes a substrate, a light emitting device which is mounted on the substrate, a red fluorescent layer which is formed near the surface of the light emitting device, and a sealing layer which seals the red fluorescent layer and the light emitting device. The fluorescent element of the red fluorescent layer is a fluoride or sulfur fluorescent layer. The light source package and the display device including the same according to the present invention obtain high color reproduction properties without the degradation of the displayed color caused by moisture after long time goes by.
