<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, a recording method of a recording apparatus which records a phone call conversation connected by a private branch exchange comprises the steps of: providing configuration information of a user interface capable of selecting communication interface instruction information; receiving instruction information of a communication interface selected through the user interface; receiving a call control signal and a voice signal related to the private branch exchange; and processing the call control signal and the voice signal according to the instruction information of the selected communication interface.</p> |
