PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove chattering noise while shortening delay time.SOLUTION: A noise removal device removes chattering noise included in digital signals output from a sensor, and includes: a first signal generation part for generating first signals that change corresponding to the digital signals in the case that the level of the digital signals is changed and then the level continues for a first prescribed period; a second signal generation part for generating second signals that change corresponding to the digital signals in the case that the level of the digital signals is changed and then the level continues for a second prescribed period longer than the first prescribed period; and an output signal generation part for generating output signals on the basis of the first signals and the second signals. When the second signals become one level and the first signals become the other level while the output signals are at one level, the output signal generation part turns the output signals to the other level. |
