<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting element in which an electrode pattern of a circuit board can be simplified even when an n-side electrode is disposed on the center of an electrode plane in order to make current distribution uniform. <P>SOLUTION: On an electrode plane of an LED die 20, a p-side electrode 27 is located on one side with respect to an n-side electrode 26, and a floating electrode 25 is located on another side. Therefore, it is enough to comprise an internal connecting electrode 32 of a circuit board 38 connected with the n-side electrode 26 only on another side of the circuit board 38 and similarly, it is enough to comprise an internal connecting electrode 35 connected with the p-side electrode 27 only on one side of the circuit board 38. At such a time, since the p-side electrode 27 is connected with an entire p-type semiconductor layer 23 under low resistance, current distribution is prevented from becoming nonuniform. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
