<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a utility knife holder having a function of a screwdriver. <P>SOLUTION: In the utility knife holder having a sleeve 2 for slidably storing a cutter blade C, the sleeve 2 is composed of a sleeve body 2a that supports the cutter blade on the back side and a pair of flanges 2b, 2c that fold back the upper and lower sides of the sleeve body 2a each along the longitudinal direction of the sleeve body 2a to define and form a storing space M of the cutter blade inside by cooperating with the sleeve body 2a. Then, in the tip end of the sleeve body 2a, there is provided a lug piece 4 that has a planar shape defined and formed with: an upper-side edge 4a connected to the upper side of the sleeve body 2a; a lower-side edge 4b connected to the lower side; and a front edge 4c connecting the upper-side and lower-side edges 4a, 4b with each other and that directs the front edge 4c diagonally downward.
