Provided are a message processing server and an authentication server for providing a dual number service under an open mobile alliance (OMA) standard and an operating method thereof. Provided is the method for operating the message processing server which includes the steps of: determining whether there is a provision request of the dual number service based on an incoming call number corresponding to a message received from a calling terminal with a first outgoing call number; obtaining a second outgoing call number which is registered by corresponding to a user of the calling terminal by checking whether the user of the calling number is a user subscribed in the dual number service if there is the provision request of the dual number service; and changing the first outgoing call number corresponding to the message into a second outgoing call number and transmitting the second outgoing call number to the receiving terminal.
