The present invention relates to a fuse resistor and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, it is installed in the electric circuit of an electronic produce and prevents device error caused by continuous overcurrent, increase in internal temperature, inrush current. A molding part is formed by insert injection. Because a temperature fuse is combined with first and second ends by combining a case combined with the temperature fuse with an insertion groove combination method, assembly process is simplified and contact error can be prevented.
