<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming die capable of removing a molding material, which has solidified in a place beyond an exit of a gas passage, even if a part of the molten molding material has solidified in the place beyond the exit of the gas passage, and a cleaning pin. <P>SOLUTION: The forming die 10 includes a forming die body 100, and a built-in type chill vent 200 arranged at a position surrounded by an annular cavity 130. The forming die 10 further includes the cleaning pin 500 having a function of discharging gas from the gas passage 212 via a gas vent 512 to the outside during molding by the reciprocation of the cleaning pin 500 in a gas discharge through-hole 176 of a movable die and a gas discharge through-hole 272 of a movable side block, and having a function of removing the molding material, which happens to adhere to the inner circumferential surface of the gas discharge through-hole 272 of the movable side block, after molding, by a work of the tip end of the pin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
