<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solidified body for a water-retaining road bed material, having sufficient fluidity, compressive strength and water absorption even when a type-II fly ash having an ignition loss of 2 to 5% or an unclassified fly ash raw powder is used. <P>SOLUTION: A type-II fly ash having an ignition loss of 2 to 5% or an unclassified fly ash raw powder is used to prepare a kneaded material by adding a predetermined amount of a styrene-maleic acid-allyl ether system high-performance AE water reducing agent under conditions with a water to powder ratio of 0.33 to 0.37, a water to quicklime ratio of 4.00 to 4.50, and a gypsum to quicklime ratio of 0.60 to 0.70 as a basis compounding. The kneaded material is subjected to steam curing to obtain a solidified body for a water-retaining road bed material having a compressive strength of 15 N/mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>or more and a water absorption amount of 25% or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
