<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a glass plate having a strain point of 530-570°C, and the alkali component in the glass plate being hardly reactive with electrodes, and to promote price-reduction of a display. <P>SOLUTION: This glass plate includes a glass composition, in terms of mass%, of 55-70% SiO<SB>2</SB>, 0 to less than 6% Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 0-8% MgO, 0-8% CaO, 10-20% SrO, 0-8% BaO, 10-25% of the total of SrO+BaO, 10-30% of the total of MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO, 1 to less than 9% Na<SB>2</SB>O, more than 6 to 15% K<SB>2</SB>O, 9-15% of the total of Na<SB>2</SB>O+K<SB>2</SB>O, 0-5% ZrO<SB>2</SB>, 0 to less than 6% of the total of Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>+ZrO<SB>2</SB>, and having a strain point of 530-570°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
