<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage content detail information in a content receiver with various content networks.SOLUTION: Program detail information obtained from the various content networks such as digital terrestrial broadcast, BS, CS, IPTV is not stored in a nonvolatile memory (flush memory) of a device body such as a television receiver but is stored at appropriate times in a server such as an external server on an Ethernet, and an acquisition situation of the content detail information in the server is stored in a high-speed RAM. At the time of update as well, the storing state of the content detail information is also stored in the RAM and the content detail information itself is stored in the server.</p> |
