A method for registering an image forming apparatus to a cloud print service comprises the steps of: obtaining device information of an image forming apparatus through at least one method among an augmented reality application, Bluetooth communications, and QR code reading in a mobile terminal; transmitting the obtained device information with the phone number of the mobile terminal to a cloud print server, and requesting to register the device; and registering the image forming apparatus to correspond to the phone number.
