The present invention relates to a golf swing correction and head-up prevention means which is attached on eyeglasses or sunglasses as a sticker to limit the a user′s field of view in the golf practice, thereby correcting the position and preventing head-up by prevention the body from shaking. Accordingly, the means can increase the hitting force the user hitting a golf ball. The present invention includes: an opaque layer which is made of a light-shielding material and has gaze inducing holes punctured to concentrate the gaze of the user practicing golf; and an adhesive layer which is formed on the rear surface of the opaque layer. The means is attached on the lower part of both lenses of the eyeglasses the user wears.
