<p>Disclosed in the present invention is a cooling and warming device of a water purifier using a thermoelectric element. The device includes: a heat radiating pipe receiving and circulating purified water while discharging water by radiating heat in a water cooling mode; a thermoelectric element making a cooling action on a side, and making a heat emitting action on an other side by making contact with a side of the heat radiating pipe; a cold water module receiving purified water from the outside by making contact with the side of the thermoelectric element, and cooling and discharging the water by the cooling action; a sub tank temporarily storing the purified water discharged from the heat radiating pipe; a circulation pipe connected to the sub tank on a side and connected to the heat radiating pipe on an other side to deliver purified water to the heat radiating pipe by circulating the water in a sealed path; and a heat radiating panel making contact with the other side of the heat radiating pipe to radiate heat not radiated by the heat radiating pipe in an air cooling mode. In the heat radiating pipe, a plurality of partitions circulating the purified water and absorbing the heat from the heat emitting action are formed.</p> |
