accessing user-data by accessing a first memory cell storing at least a portion of the user-data; and updating use-history information, wherein at least a portion of the use-history information is stored in a second memory cell responsive to a same wordline as the first memory cell, and wherein the use-history information comprises information indicative of a degree of wear of the first memory cell.
