The present invention provides an installation apparatus of an underground planar member comprising: a power equipment; an underground installation unit moving soil of a lower side of the ground to a rear side with movement of the power equipment while being connected to the power equipment; an underground installation unit having an inner space provided by an upper surface, a lower surface, and a side surface having an inclination unit formed from the upper surface to a lower portion of a front side; a soil movement guide formed on both sides of the upper surface and the inclination unit of the underground installation unit; and a roll-shaped planar member installed in an inner space of the underground installation unit.
