The present invention relates to an ester-based plasticizer, a preparation method thereof, and a resin composition including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the ester-based plasticizer is environmentally-friendly, while having high absorbent speed for a resin and a short melting time, thereby improving processability of the resin, and providing excellent physical properties such as not only tensile strength and elongation, but anti-translocation and heating loss.
