摘要 Disclosed is a light amount controller of an LED light capable of actively controlling luminance of the LED light. According to the present invention, the light amount controller comprises: a driver having a plurality of LEDs formed in a matrix shape, driving one end (positive or negative terminals) of the LEDs as an X axis terminal, and driving the other end (negative or positive terminals) as a Y axis terminal; a power detection unit for measuring power consumption at a driving timing of each LED; an AD converter for converting an output signal of the power detection unit into a digital signal; and a control unit for generating a PWM signal at the duty ratio predetermined according to a switching motion of a dimmer switch, operating the driver to sequentially flickering the LED, turning off the corresponding LED when the consumption power of a specific LED measured in the power detection unit exceeds a reference level, and then gradually varying the luminance of the other LED adjacent to the corresponding LED. Accordingly, the overall luminance of the light is not changed even through one or more LEDs among a plurality of LED elements, are turned off, or an error occurs, thereby increasing stability and the completion level of a system.
