A turbocharger system for an offshore structure is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the turbocharger system for an offshore structure comprises: a turbine providing a first power using an exhaust gas of an engine; a thermoelectric power generation unit generating power using heat generated in the engine; a driving unit providing a second power using power generated by the thermoelectric power generation unit; and a compressor compressing air using the first power and the second power and supplying the compressed air to the engine.
