Provided in the present invention are an ester compound of chemical formula 1 for a plasticizer, a plasticizer composition including the same, and a resin composition. The novel ester compound according to the present invention has excellent purity, low remaining alcohol and water contents, and when being used in a resin composition, provides excellent physical properties such as not only tensile strength and elongation, but anti-translocation and anti-volatility.
