The present invention relates to a method for mass propagation of callus of Populus euramericana and a method for mass division of Populus euramericana. According to the present invention, a method for mass propagation of Populus euramericana is capable of mass-producing outstanding Populus euramericana by redividing a plant in a short period of time with a method for cutting the stem with the thickness of 1-2 mm and redividing a plurality of shoots from a cambium inside the stem, not with existing node culture.
