The present invention relates to a system for actively cancelling a radar reflection signal capable of cancelling, through one antenna, a reflection wave generated when an external radar signal is an input to a structure, and a method thereof, the system for actively cancelling a radar reflection signal according to an embodiment disclosed in the specification comprising: a first phase shifter which receives a reception signal through one antenna when an external radar signal is input to a structure, and reverses a phase of the received reception signal by 180 degrees; and an oscillation unit which amplifies a gain of the phase-reversed reception signal to compensate for any loss caused by the unique characteristics of one antenna, reverses again the phase of the gain-amplified reception signal by 180 degrees, and outputs the signal as a radiation signal, wherein the first phase shifter reverses the phase of the radiation signal output from the oscillation unit by 180 degrees and emits the radiation signal through the one antenna.
