Provided is a microfluidic apparatus that is mounted on a rotation driver and induces a flow of a fluid due to a centrifugal force, the microfluidic apparatus including: a separation unit that separates a target cell from a sample; a recovery chamber that is connected to the separation unit through a recovery channel and accommodates the target cell obtained by the separation; and an inclined portion that is disposed in the recovery chamber and tilted toward a bottom of the recovery chamber along a direction of the centrifugal force. |

1. A microfluidic apparatus that induces centrifugal fluid-flow when rotated, the microfluidic apparatus comprising:
a separation unit that separates a target cell from a sample; a recovery chamber connected to the separation unit through a recovery channel, which chamber accommodates a target cell obtained from the separation unit; an upper plate and a lower plate forming, respectively, an upper wall and a lower wall of the recovery chamber; and, optionally, a partition plate sandwiched between the upper and lower plate and forming a side wall of the recovery chamber; and an inclined portion disposed in the recovery chamber and tilted toward a bottom of the recovery chamber along a direction of the centrifugal force, wherein: the inclined portion is a protrusion extending into the recovery chamber from a bottom surface of the upper plate; or the inclined portion is disposed on the partition plate inside the recovery chamber. |
