<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of detox juice. The method comprises: a first step of preparing vegetables including 22 wt% of cabbage, 14 wt% of cauliflower, 14 wt% of a carrot, and 14 wt% of a tomato, and fruits including 14 wt% of an apple, 13 wt% of a banana, and 9 wt% of a strawberry, and individually washing the vegetables and the fruits; a second step of respectively boiling the cabbage, the cauliflower, the carrot, and the tomato in boiling water for 10 minutes; a third step of cooling the boiled vegetables; a fourth step of mixing the vegetables and the fruits in the third step with purified water in the boiling water of the second step, grinding the vegetables and the fruits in a grinding facility, and manufacturing a mixed solution; and a fifth step of passing the mixed solution of the fourth step through a filter, and filtering a wick, a fiber stem, a peel, sediments, etc. of the vegetables and the fruits having large particles.</p> |
