<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a coupler for connecting a corrugated pipe and a coupler manufactured thereby and, specifically, to a manufacturing method of a coupler for connecting a corrugated pipe, which comprises the processes of: applying a releasing material; fixating a guide; applying an unvulcanized rubber sheet; forming the outer circumferential surface of an unvulcanized rubber sheet layer in circular form; applying a liquid unvulcanized rubber; rolling an unvulcanized enclave rubber sheet; separating the guide from a corrugated pipe; inserting a flange plate to the outer circumferential surface of an unvulcanized enclave rubber sheet layer; adhering the unvulcanized enclave rubber sheet layer to the flange plate; pressing the flange plate and the guide by a clamping; and vulcanization treating in a steam tank. The present invention can improve sealing ability by manufacturing a coupling so as to be closely adhered to a spiral groove of a corrugated pipe using a rubber which is easy to be processed in an unvulcanized state.</p> |
