<p>Crystalline form C of N-(4-fluorobenzyl)-N-(1-methylpiperidin-4-yl)-N'-(4-(2-methylpropyloxy)phenylmethyl)carbamide tartrate of formula IV is provided. Also provided are processes for preparation of the crystalline form and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the crystalline form. The crystalline form C is useful as a monoamine receptor inhibitor. (see formula above)</p>
