<p>The present invention relates to an exercise device, which can improve a sense of balance and a muscular strength of all the muscles of a body, and to the exercise device where seesaw members of a semi-circular shape are separately arranged in a lower portion of a scaffold, and which can relax a muscle by balancing the scaffold inclined by the seesaw members, or equally relax and correct each body part such as a leg, a shoulder, an arm, etc. According to the present invention, the exercise device comprises: the scaffold; a rail installed in the lower portion of the scaffold; and first and second seesaw members installed in the rail, and of which a cross section has a semi-circular shape.
