The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of sterilized water for fish and shellfish using seawater, a manufacturing apparatus of the sterilized water for fish and shellfish to be used on a ship, and a sterilization system for a floating fish cage. According to an aspect of the present invention, the manufacturing method can easily manufacture the sterilized water of fish and shellfish at low costs, allows a sanitary control from a board of the ship, and is eco-friendly as not using a harmful chemical material.
