The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a differential case, comprising: a step of manufacturing a forged product of a differential case by a hot forging process; and a step of forming an inside of the forged product of the differential case, wherein the forged product of the differential case is made of an aluminum alloy. Therefore, the present invention provides a differential case with a reduced weight as a forged product of the differential case is manufactured by a hot forging process using an aluminum alloy.
