The present invention relates to an electric hydraulic actuator control system for an excavator which uses each electric hydraulic actuator to drive and engage a boom, an arm, and a bucket of an excavator, respectively to improve work efficiency, overcomes load difference generated in the electric hydraulic actuator applied to each of the boom, arm, and bucket, and selectively accelerates a specific electric hydraulic actuator for easy and rapid work.
