1. An aqueous hand dishwashing composition comprising a hydrophobic emollient and a serine protease, wherein said serine protease is comprised at a level of from about 0.0001% to about 0.5% of enzyme protein by weight of the total composition, wherein the hydrophobic emollient is comprised at a level of from about 0.25% to about 10%, by weight of the composition, and is selected from the group consisting of petrolatum, mineral oil, castor oil, and mixtures thereof, wherein the crystalline structurant is a blend of from about 0.02% to about 5%, by weight of the composition, of hydrogeneated castor oil and about 0.00001% to about 1.5%, by weight of the composition, of ethylene glycol distearate. |
