The present invention relates to an anticancer composition containing extracts of Rhodiola rosea and Chaga as active ingredients. According to the present invention, the composition has excellent prevention and treatment effects on cancer, especially, biliary tract cancer as well as stomach cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, and liver cancer, and does not have side effects at all as a material derived from natural materials. The composition of the present invention is expected to be very usefully used in the art as not having cytotoxicity.
