摘要

The present invention relates to a time & attendance management system using NFC and, more specifically, to a time & attendance management system using NFC which easily and conveniently manages a time & attendance status at low costs. The present invention includes: a worker recognition means having a NFC function; a worker sensor loaded with a NFC module to detect access of the worker recognition means and read identification information of the worker recognition means if the worker recognition means enters within a certain distance and transmitting the identification information to a time & attendance management server if the read identification information is information stored in a worker information database (DB); and a time & attendance management server storing information about office attendance and close of a worker with the worker recognition means based on the identification information delivered from the worker sensor.
