The present invention relates to a lighting member to change a color temperature and a lighting apparatus using the same. The lighting member includes a light emitting member which outputs conversion light with a different color temperature according to a thickness to pass excitation light inputted to a first opening part, and a driving unit which changes the stage or the position of the light emitting member to change the thickness of the light emitting member through which the excitation light passes according to the color temperature to be controlled.
