<p>An embodiment of the present invention relates to a billing method per on-line advertising time and an advertisement system using the same to charge per time for a corresponding advertisement by checking time that a user visiting a homepage of an advertiser stays on the homepage and movement information using a cost per time (CPT) billing method. According to the embodiment of the present invention, a billing method for the advertisement provided on a predetermined web page by the advertisement system, comprises: a) a step of judging whether the user stays on the homepage of the visiting advertiser by clicking the advertisement, provided on the web page, for an hour or not by a stay time judgment portion of the advertisement system; b) a step that a movement judgment portion of the advertisement system checks a movement of the user on the homepage of the advertiser per time; and c) a step that a billing performing portion of the advertisement system charges for the advertisement by comparing the time that the user stays on the homepage of the advertiser and the movement information with a preset billing standard per step.</p> |
