The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a multi-pattern color steel plate comprising: a step of preparing a matrix steel plate; a step of forming and drying a chemical treatment layer on an upper and a lower surface, or the upper surface of the matrix steel plate; a step of first baking after forming a bottom coating layer on an upper surface of the matrix steel plate chemically treated; a step of second baking after forming a top coating layer on a lower surface; a step of forming and drying a print coating layer having a multi-pattern on the top coating layer; and a step of third baking after forming a transparent coating layer on the print coating layer. Provided are an apparatus to manufacture a multi-pattern color steel plate, and a method to manufacture the multi-pattern color steel plate.
