The present invention relates to a thermal shock and vibration damping block-100A including a hypocaust panel (10), a sound and heat insulation material (20), and a cushioning body (30). The present invention provides uneven hypocaust attached with an elastic cushioning body, made by: a step of manufacturing the sound and heat insulation material (20) by making one material from PE, EVA, EPP, EPS, urethane, and sponges foam in a mold; a step of manufacturing the hypocaust panel (10) wherein a plurality of hot water pipe protective posts (12) protrudes upward from the top of a rectangular plate part having a predetermined thickness; a step of manufacturing the hemispherical cushioning body (30) by injection or compression-molding one material from rubber, silicone, urethane, epoxy, EVA, and PE; and a step of inserting the cushioning body (30) into a through-hole (13) at the bottom of uneven hypocaust (Y1) inserted with the sound and heat insulation material. |
