摘要

本发明提出一种记忆体管理方法、记忆体控制电路单元与记忆体储存装置。本方法包括判断可复写式非挥发性记忆体模组的使用次数是否大于使用次数门槛值；依据判断结果，选择根据闲置区的每个实体抹除单元的抹除次数或是最大错误位元数目，由小到大排序闲置区的实体抹除单元以形成多个已排序实体抹除单元；以及依据已排序实体抹除单元从闲置区中提取排序在最前面的一实体抹除单元来写入资料。基此，本方法可有效地延长可复写式非挥发性记忆体模组的使用寿命。; based on the determining, sorting the physical erasing units of the spare area in an ascending way to form a plurality of sorted physical erasing units according to the erase counts or the maximum bit error counts of every physical erasing unit of the spare area; and selecting the most front physical erasing unit of the spare area to write data according to the sorted physical erasing units.
