Preparing a syrupy product containing vitamins, comprises: inerting apparatus; introducing a sugar syrup and vitamins into the apparatus in an inert atmosphere; adding dehydrated and deoxygenated glucose syrup under an inert atmosphere; deoxygenating the obtained syrupy product; and packaging the syrupy product under an inert atmosphere.
