摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an apparatus configuration of a hybrid power supply type electric train and to cause the hybrid power supply type electric train to reliably travel through a non-electrified section.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle control apparatus comprises: a power conversion unit receiving power supply from overhead power lines in an electrified section, performing power conversion and supplying driving power to a vehicle driving motor; an auxiliary power supply unit receiving the power supply from the overhead power lines in the electrified section, performing the power conversion and supplying auxiliary machine driving power having a predetermined auxiliary machine driving voltage lower than a voltage of the driving power to an auxiliary machine; and a power storage unit receiving supply of charging power and storing power. A controller connects the power storage unit to a charging unit in the electrified section. The charging unit causes the power storage unit to supply stored power of the power storage unit in lieu of the power from the overhead power lines to the power conversion unit and the auxiliary power supply unit in a non-electrified section while causing the auxiliary machine driving power supplied to be converted into the charging power, be supplied to the power storage unit and be charged therein.</p>
