PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover an anchor function by forming a shrinkage device on the basis of integration of a concrete slope frame and a ground anchor in an existing sectional structure where the concrete slope frame is configured and the ground anchor is driven for preventing slope collapse. ! SOLUTION: Around the existing ground anchor, a ground is excavated by a core cutter for thickness of the concrete slope frame and under a surface of the ground about by 15 cm, concrete is removed, and a generated space is filled with soft elastic materials, thereby forming the shrinkage device. !
