An anisotropic electroconductive film (1) has a first insulating resin layer (2) and a second insulating resin layer (3). The first insulating resin layer (2) is formed from a photopolymerizable resin, and the second insulating resin layer (3) is formed from a thermal cationically or anionically polymerizable resin, an optical cationically or anionically polymerizable resin, or a thermal or optical radical polymerizable resin. Electroconductive particles (10) for anisotropic electroconductive connection are disposed in a single layer on the second insulating resin layer (3)-side surface of the first insulating resin layer (2). The elastic modulus of the entire anisotropic electroconductive film is 0.13 MPa or above. |
