This vehicle headlamp (10) is provided with a planar light source (11) and a reflector (12) forming a low-beam lighting distribution pattern (PL) having an oblique and horizontal cutoff line (CL2, CL1). The planar light source (11) is provided in a direction perpendicular to the light axis (Ax) of the reflector (12), and the reflector (12) forms a hot zone (PA) of the lighting distribution pattern (PL) at a first region (θb) having a large angle of disposition and a second region (θs) having a narrow angle of disposition and of which the light source image (22i) of the planar light source (11) is narrow.
