PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anticorrosive coating having higher corrosion resistance than conventional ones in a salt water environment or the like, and a method and device for forming the same.SOLUTION: A spray gun (a) to spray a flame containing fused material particles toward a substrate has a faculty for separating the flame from ambient air in an upstream region (for fusing the material particles) in the spray passage and a faculty for subjecting the material particles and the flame to forced cooling using a jet gas or a jet mist before reaching the substrate in a downstream region (a part following the upstream region). The spray gun (a) and an anticorrosive alloy (b) containing Al for the material particles are used to form an anticorrosive alloy coating on the substrate.
